This is often adjusted inadvertently when dismantling the float chamber. With a smaller auxiliary jet the idle speed can be adjusted to a normal level and the idle mixture can be adjusted (screwed in) via the mixture screw to a richer mixture. This compensation of the rich auxiliary jet via the settings on the carburetor leads to the engine getting stuck at a very high speed, although the gas has already been turned back to zero. In order to achieve an acceptable idle speed with the too rich auxiliary jet, the idle speed is usually increased and the mixture screw is turned out too far (= leaner). If the engine sticks to a too high speed after full throttle, the side jet is usually too fat.
